We have several interesting opportunities for Production Leaders to join our team in Bristol.
You will be joining our Turbines facility, manufacturing high quality turbine casting components for our aerospace engines.
In this role, you will lead a production team and will work collaboratively across a wide range of functions. You will be responsible for integrating their activities to deliver on time every time and to the right quality and cost.

What you will be doing:
You will lead a team of talented individuals and you will also:
Ensure the delivery to the customer requirements through robust production load and capacity planning.
Meet the budget and ensure availability of resources to meet customer schedules now and in the future.
Lead, inspire and recruit people to deliver excellence through brilliant 2-way communication, coaching and performance management.
Ensure that the team can achieve their full potential.

Previous experience in leading teams in a manufacturing environment is required.
You have experience of leading transformation projects and are familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean (Green/Black belt accreditation would be beneficial).
Proven experience delivering improved manufacturing performance in both favourable and unfavourable conditions, utilizing cross-functional teams.
Experience of leading people change within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating ability to respond at pace, to changing demands through robust planning and control methodology.
