Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Knowledge of hand tools and machine tools and the ability to teach others how to use them.
Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge missile and fire‑control solutions that protect people and enable mission success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for translating hardware specifications into manufacturable tooling and equipment, and providing hands‑on support throughout the product lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Develop tooling and equipment designs from specifications through complete technical data packages ready for fabrication.
- Create detailed design documentation using Pro‑Engineer / SolidWorks in accordance with company standards.
- Provide engineering support to the production floor, troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring production‑rate targets are met.
- Research, plan, and develop mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, and thermal‑hydraulic components.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Knowledgeable of machine / tool mechanical design
- Knowledgeable of general manufacturing / integration processes
- Proficiency or experience with AutoCAD, CREO, or Solid Works.
- Knowledgeable of engineering materials
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
