About You
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years of job-related experience, preferably within the cargo airline or freight forwarded environment
- Strong understanding of airline cargo economics, commercial KPIs, how they are linked to each other and how they affect the performance of the airline
- Ability to design and interpret complex analytical models, using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). This includes forecasting, demand modeling, pricing elasticity analysis, and network performance modeling.
- Proficiency in analyzing global cargo trends, trade lane performance, macroeconomic indicators, and competitor capacity trends using tools such as Seabury, WorldACD, and IATA data—translating these into predictive models and actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- High level knowledge of cargo operations & supply chain processes
- Strong stakeholder influence (C suite & Commercial leadership teams)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Ability to perform effectively in high pressure, fast paced environment
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability.
- Strong problem solving abilities with a solution focused mindset
- Highly motivated and committed to delivering quality results
