Johnson Service Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for one of our clients that will support their team in a very fast-paced environment.
This position is 100% on site at the client’s location from M-F 8:30 AM – 5PM
Payrate $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Check backgrounds daily in background portal
- Update background check spreadsheet
- Notify recruiter when a background has cleared
- When recruiter gives start date;
- Hire into Workday
- Send welcome email to candidate
- Send email to manager on how to request IT equipment, phone and desk
- Update TSG with new hire date and ticket #
- Add the HR calendar to remind our client who is showing up on the first day
- Meet and greet new hire on first day
- Make badge & do face scan
- Get I-9 docs
- Send New Hire Report information with Map
- Scan face scan form and save in Workday profile
- Schedule New Hire Orientation (NHO)
- Conduct NHO
- Conversions
- Open reqs
- Follow-up with managers on personal emails of conversions
- Follow-up on status on background, reqs, offers, conversions
- Push to hire
- Schedule NHO
- Conduct NHO
- Terminations
- Terminate in Workday
- Schedule exit meeting
- Send email to manager regarding performance/exit time
- Gather termination paperwork for exit
- Scan and upload termination forms into term file and Workday (after HRBP does exit)
- Send termination emails
- Disable badge
- Take equipment over to staffing and send them a follow-up email they receive it
- Other items as assigned
- Written employment verifications
- EV Charging (keep spreadsheet updated and send instructions)
- Make NHO and Termination packets (copies, put together)
- Leave of Absence
- Update spreadsheet
- Correspondence with managers/benefits
- Update Workers Compensation spreadsheet
- New Injuries
- Updates from clinic visits
- Follow-up with managers, if there are any restrictions, if they can accommodate
- Notify benefits if taken off of assignment
