Position Summary
Supports the development and management of information technology systems or services, assists business unit implementation of such systems and services.
Responsibilities
Implements and maintains IT systems and services
Maintains systems effective and efficient
Creates standards for IT systems and services to provide flexibility and maintainability
Coordinates with cross functional teams to gather business and technical requirements.
Ensures compliance with cybersecurity policies, data protection standards and regulatory requirements.
Develops and maintains technical documentation, procedures and user guides.
Establishes and tracks IT KPIs to ensure service quality
Promotes automation and process improvement to increase operational efficiency
Provides technical leadership and monitor junior IT staff
Provides training materials and education to users of these systems
Identifies opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve business processes
Ensures ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy
Provides information to be used to promote the understanding and benefit of technology systems
Directs the planning and scheduling of development and implementation of IT capabilities.
Identifies deficiencies in IT systems and recommends solutions/improvements
Provides information to management identifying personnel, hardware and software needs to provide appropriate levels of systems and services.

Qualifications
Bachelor´s degree in Computational Systems or similar
Advanced English proficiency (required).
4 years of experience in Management role
6 – 8 years in IT positions
