Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or as an Agile/Scrum Master.
- Experience with manufacturing system workflows, business processes, and continuous improvement methods.
- Proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, reporting, and collaboration.
Job Description
You will be the Scrum Master - Level 2 for the Operations PLM Capability Development team which is responsible for delivering Agile solutions that enable the 1LMX transformation.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Scrum Master - Level 2 you will be responsible for guiding the planning and delivery of work for the Operations PLM capability development teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Define, prioritize, and track user stories, features, and epics; maintain Jira backlogs and dashboards.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies—including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile best practices within the 1LMX framework and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor metrics, remove impediments, track risks and dependencies, and coordinate with fellow Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
- Collaborate with technology transformation leads, IT, change‑management, and design/manufacturing engineers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

This position can be located in Fort Worth, Texas, Marietta, Georgia or Palmdale, California
Desired Skills
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SAFe 5 or higher) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven ability to navigate both Waterfall and Agile project management lifecycles, with a track record of transitioning teams between the two.
- Hands on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and/or Siemens Teamcenter PLM platforms, including requirements capture and workflow configuration.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira (custom board setup, workflow automation, reporting dashboards).
- Prior involvement in IT development projects, preferably with exposure to software integration or tool chain implementation.
