Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/training; Advanced Degree (MBA) preferred
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including leading multi-level and large cross-functional initiatives
• 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or related roles
• Deep understanding of our customers, our business/competitive environment, and airline economics
• Prior experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, cost analysis, and developing & reporting performance metrics
