Airbus Commercial is looking for aGroup Grading Expert (f/h) to join our Executive Reward team based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:
Animate and govern the globalJob Value Community of Practice. You will drive cross-divisional consistency, share best practices, and build a cohesive grading culture and documentation across Airbus.
Partner directly with Senior HR leaders. You will conduct Executive job evaluations and defend grading outcomes, conduct Executive Landscapes for Commercial Aircraft, run recurrent and ad'hoc reporting etc...
Contribute to shape the Strategy: Start with a AS-IS mapping in order to propose a TO-BE ambition
Drive Digital Transformation: Impulse the modernization of our grading processes and way of working. You will own the Workday position grading framework and lead strategic initiatives leveraging AI such as for example to bridge the gap between grading and salary offers.
Your boarding pass:
You possess the behavioral agility to influence, challenge, and build trust with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed international environment.
You have a proactive, innovative mindset. You look for ways to simplify processes and are excited by the potential of AI and digital tools (Workday, Google Suite) in HR.
You bring deep, proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies—specifically the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) framework.
You have excellent analytical and project management skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for quarterly Executive Landscape reviews.
Language:Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus!
