Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate. This is an On-Site position in Irvine, CA.
Work Schedule- Monday - Friday (Mon-Thursday on-site, Friday work from home)
Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00pm
Hourly pay: $39.00 per hour
Position Details:
The Accounts Payable Associate supports Corporate Disbursements operations by managing high-volume inboxes and performing routine payment processing tasks to ensure timely, accurate, and well-controlled disbursement processing.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel - VLOOKUPS
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- 3 + years experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process check, stop-pay, and reissue requests.
- Assist in-house check printing process and maintain the check printing logs.
- Process the Check Positive Pay exceptions and propose appropriate actions.
- Organize and track special check handling requests.
- Perform other tasks within the Corporate Disbursements function as assigned.
