A. Job Purpose
| The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will be responsible to ensure the ongoing maintenance of our aircraft fleet at the FTO, in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The AME will report to Maintenance Manager. |
B. Key Accountabilities
- Assist Maintenance Manager to develop and implement a stocking system and an ERP for optimal maintenance.
- Implement policies and training maintenance personnel on best practices for aircraft maintenance and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR |

- 5+ years’ experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Prior experience in DGCA-approved organization in FTOs/ATOs/Airlines in India
- Experience with single-and twin-engine fleet.

- Prior experience with similar fleets (Piper PA-28 and Diamond DA42 NG aircrafts)
