Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Paro. The role involves contributing to the daily operations, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel and leisure experiences. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team to create solutions for customer needs, managing tasks efficiently, and supporting project and service delivery processes. The individual will also be expected to maintain operational excellence and adapt to various scenarios in a dynamic environment.

- Project management and organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms related to the travel and leisure industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
