AirExplore is an expanding airline operating in the international aviation market. We are seeking a highly professional and detail‑oriented Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team and ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end payroll processing in accordance with Slovak legislation
- Administration of attendance, allowances, benefits, and payroll inputs
- Communication with authorities (Social Insurance, health insurers, tax office)
- Preparation of monthly and annual payroll reports
- Providing payroll‑related support to employees
- Collaboration with HR and Finance teams
- Perform additional accounting tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant, Senior Accountant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Slovak payroll, tax, and labor law
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central HR module considered an advantage
- Experience in an international or shared services environment considered an advantage
