customer service/purchasing skills paired with a
HVAC, lighting systems or coolers/freezers background.
This
6+ month contract opportunity is
fully remote for the right candidate.
The
Technical Parts Agent's role is to help customers determine what parts to purchase. Research manufacturer parts lists, customer data, etc. and help maintenance technicians find the correct parts. Some knowledge of store/retail parts/equipment like deli ovens, coolers/freezers, mobility carts, lighting systems, etc. or a background in general maintenance or HVAC/Plumbing maintenance.

- 2+ Years Customer Service and/or purchasing Experience
- Experience recommending parts for cooling & electrical systems, freezers, deli ovens, and/or HVAC
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel & ERP systems preferred (SAP or Peoplesoft)
