About the Role
This isn't just a ServiceNow developer seat — it's a technical leadership position where your decisions shape the architecture, quality, and direction of one of the world's most trusted enterprise platforms. You'll be the go-to expert on ServiceNow, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global partners to turn complex challenges into clean, scalable solutions.
If you love owning your craft, mentoring peers, and building things that actually matter — this is your role.
What You'll Do
- Architect & Build — Design and develop robust ServiceNow solutions that align with real business needs, from workflow automation to complex integrations.
- Lead Technically — Review and approve other developers' proposals, serving as the team's primary technical reference and quality gatekeeper.
- Think Ahead — Proactively identify risks before they become problems: PII exposure, database performance bottlenecks, integration gaps.
- Bridge the Gap — Work directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specs.
- Drive Platform Growth — Lead upgrade cycles, manage vendor escalations, and champion improvements that enhance both internal and external user experiences.
- Keep Everyone in the Loop — Document processes, share knowledge, and keep the team aligned on project progress.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (scripting, workflows, integrations)
- Strong JavaScript skills — you know your way around the platform's scripting engine.
- GitHub experience and solid understanding of version control best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bilingual: Fluent Spanish + English B2 or above.
- Mexican citizenship or a valid work permit.
