About the Role: Transportation Coordinator
As Our Transportation Coordinator, You Will
- Manage the logistical movement of materials
- Develop suppliers and negotiate rates to reduce maintenance-related logistics costs
- Control the use of extraordinary logistics services
- Collaborate with material planning to consolidate shipments and reduce freight frequency
Your Deliverables
- Establish low-cost strategies for material transportation
- Define KPIs to measure transportation supplier performance
- Conduct periodic supplier evaluations
- Manage internal processes and projects within the transportation coordination department
- Ensure on-time and efficient delivery of materials across all bases
- Drive innovation in route planning aligned with company needs
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or International Trade
- 3–6 years of experience in similar roles
- Intermediate–advanced English
- Knowledge of federal transportation law and multiple transport modes (air, sea, land) 🚢✈️🚛
- Aviation industry experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of customs law, airport access requirements, and coordination of domestic/international shipments (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP / AMOS preferred)
