Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
· 1+ years of experience in recruitment, interviewing, or evaluator position.
· Understanding of how to serve as a liaison with other departments.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
· High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility.
· Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and resilience.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage large groups of candidates.
· Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with professionalism and efficiency.
· Commitment to upholding ethical and legal hiring practices.
· Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
· Prior experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems.
· Knowledge of Sabre, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet.
· Proven experience in conducting high-volume group interviews or recruitment hiring events.
· Previous experience as a flight attendant or flight attendant recruiter.
