Position Summary
Ensure the quality control and quality assurance (QC & QA) for DC platform by daily quality control and QMS implementation & planning. Leading continues improvement process and quality performance analysis and summarize reporting. Create and implement control plan to achieve the levels of quality FPY, RPPM & COPQ target established through organizational goals, customer expectations, related stakeholders and market competition.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, cooperate with functional and location leaders and HR to ensure effective talent acquisition to support CFD business growth.
- Daily quality operation through in coming control to the process control, ensure all the production line problem or severe inconformity be addressed, contained and eliminated with his/her various analytical problem-solving skills.
- Lead cross function team draw up, follow up and implement corrective and preventive countermeasures process and . Responsible for improving all quality control/assurance system by statistical quality tools and method.
- Lead Quality Star-point HPT drive quality improvement project / activities with cross functional team to lead and propose Continues Improvement in production areas.
- Lead DC platform for Zero Defect project/activities, process capability improvement to achieve ZD target and savings.
- Data/trends analysis of quality performance for relative platform. Support the verification for line, tooling or any parameter change/update or deviation from production line. Regular reports to summarize and analyzing quality performance and make recommendations.
- Regularly RPPM/COPQ analysis and support to find out the root cause, define and follow up the countermeasures to reduce cost of quality, especially for internal scrap and rework.
- Participant in new project design review, contribute to new project APQP process and key activity deliveries. Quality assurance for the new project requirements.
- Coordinate to submit customer PPAP documentation on time.
- QMS champion to the site to develop quality system and procedures for DC platform, support to drive through all the quality management system activities and improvements ensure the QMS effectiveness. Support to perform internal QMS audit to ensure quality system conform to the ISO/IATF standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, engineering background, Minimum College Graduate in Engineering related discipline;
- 3+ years experience in automobile, electronics &HVAC foreign investment company experience is plus.
- Strong problem solving skill with demonstrated success stories. Familiar with problem solving tools.
- Experience related with QA and QC quality management.
- Familiar with IATF 16949 Knowledge for Control Plan, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
- Good communication skills with strong leadership and result driven behavior.
- Fast response/sense of urgency, customer oriented.
- Good team player/Good logic and influence skill.
- Self motivated and self starter.
- Good English oral / reading and writing is required.
