The Parts Clerk position is available in Van Nuys, CA. The Parts Clerk requires a basic knowledge of customer service and inventory control with an ability to adapt with changing priorities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Pull parts from inventory requested by technicians
- Maintain inventory stock levels and notify materials coordinators of parts needing to be reordered
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials as needed
- Perform receiving inspection of parts and materials to ensure conformity with FAA regulations and customer requirements, ensuring that no unapproved parts go undetected.
- Process core returns to vendors
- Ensure conformity with FAA regulatory requirements (Calibration, certification, shelf life, parts quarantine)
- Thoroughly inspect tools as issued out and back in to technicians
- Perform regular inventory, cycle counts and maintain min/max requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts department
- Flexible schedule as required to meet the demand of the business
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:
- HS Diploma Required.
- Knowledge of corporate aircraft parts preferred. Gulfstream, Cessna, Bombardier, Embraer is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including excel, word and outlook
