Candidates must reside in either Kentucky or the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Responsibilities will include communicating company and position details to new hires prior to their start date, ensuring new hires have completed all pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screenings and onboarding paperwork such as Section 1 of i9’s, acknowledging company policies and procedures and more. The recruiting coordinator will also work closely with operations and training scheduling first day of work for new hires and communicating with new hires at each step of the process.
