This position will support the HR Compliance team with responsibilities to include the following:
- Daily download of all AA fingerprint results from FBI to upload in Access database
- Vet all Fingerprint Applications (FPA’s) for accuracy in accordance with TSA/CFR regulations
- Work with RPO via SharePoint with daily uploads of fingerprint results
- Manage and monitor all FP/FPA errors for correction interacting with Clearinghouse and Station Management
- Work with highly confidential information and documentation
- Identify, track and follow up on all FPA Errors for completion
- Monthly reporting of FP/FPA processing and errors
- Includes on-phone and off-phone ad hoc assignments
