• Oversight to deliver AA inflight dining related equipment, beverages, select food and soft goods across the global network.
• Establishing departmental process to maintain par levels at warehouses and caterers across the network to provide our customers and caterers a reliable supply chain
• Be a change agent in the supply chain space and re-imagine the processes focusing on opportunities, improvements and efficiencies
• Develop and maintain forecasting and analytics tools to support caterer, distributor, warehouse and internal needs for all managed products
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to define and deliver all product and equipment requirements including Procurement, Inflight, Finance, Customer Experience and external suppliers
• Responsible to adjust needs and communicate status for stations start-ups, seasonal volume changes, inflight dining and service changes and supporting Procurement related activities such as RFPs
• Works collaboratively with Finance and Procurement to maintain and budget thresholds and understand spending impacts of service level and equipment related changes
• Continually Identifies process improvements to drive supply chain efficiencies and/or operational improvements and present to senior leaders
• Develops and educates team on key elements of American warehousing, logistics, and distribution systems
• Maintain continuous communication with fellow stakeholders on impacts to supply chain and develop contingency plans as needed
• Establish expectations and priorities, monitor departmental performance, coach and develop, and create a positive, collaborative work environment.
