Description
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible to support network and schedule planners, and management by transforming complex operational, supply, demand, and financial data into clear, actionable insights within the analytical framework. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact reports and dashboards that inform network planning, schedule optimization, capacity deployment, performance management, and overall profitability. The Senior Analyst works closely with network planning, finance, revenue management, and data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance, enabling data-driven decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.
This role falls under Network Planning within Corporate Planning.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Corporate Planning team and senior management by delivering timely, accurate, and decision oriented analytical insights across network planning, schedule planning, commercial, and financial domains.
- Analyze and integrate multiple large and complex datasets using enterprise data platforms and database tools such as BigQuery, Databricks, Oracle, or SQL, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipeline workflows using data orchestration and workflow tools to enable scalable, automated, and repeatable analytics.
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, translating complex datasets into intuitive insights to support analysis, monitoring, and executive decision making.
- Participate in the design and implementation of data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers, improving data accessibility, usability, and alignment with business reporting requirements.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of structured reporting and analytical roadmap, aligned with broader analytics and business intelligence initiatives, to track performance against operational KPIs, commercial objectives, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Network Planning, Finance, Revenue Management, and IT/Data teams to ensure reporting outputs meet business needs and strategic priorities.
- Ensure high standards of data governance, documentation, and quality control, proactively identifying anomalies and recommending improvements to reporting processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with IT/Data engineering team to build machine learning models using tools such as Python

Qualification
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience
- A Master’s degree in job-related experience would be preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong communication, management, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
- Understanding of airline demand, supply and route profitability data
- Advanced skills with data visualization.
- Advanced skills with data management and modelling.
- Advanced Excel skills is a must.
- Intermediate to advance skills at preparing and presenting information using Power Point.
