Skywise Academy is delivering a wide range of upskilling solutions to make the most of the Skywise platform for this community of internal & external users.
“Learning by doing” is the Skywise Academy driver to design a best-in-class learning offer.
As a Skywise Trainer in Skywise Academy, you will :
Design innovative hands-on learning solutions on Skywise in adherence with Skywise learning strategy and Skywise new features roadmap.
Deliver live virtual learning sessions on Skywise & AWS-ESDP data-driven solutions including no-code/low code tools as well as coding tools to all of its userbase including Airbus, Airlines, and Partners personnel around the world
Design, develop and maintain the Skywise Virtual Campus, our own application, built on Skywise to promote the Skywise Academy learning services. This application is instrumental to the Skywise Academy allowing users to register to virtual classrooms while helping the trainers to plan/manage training sessions and to monitor/report on KPis for the full learning catalogue.
Constantly develop and update your computing and core analytics skills as a power user of Skywise whilst contributing to related communities of practices (Digital Product Management, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence)
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Bachelor/ Master Degree in one of the following domains: Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or relevant field
Experience of 3-5 years on data analytics/engineering or business intelligence projects
Web Programming (Python – PySpark/Pandas, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, HTML)
Expertise in data transformation techniques (data pipelines, ETL, code authoring, PySpark/Pandas)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll be collaborating with Skywise experts and stakeholders to transform complex information into engaging learning experiences. This requires strong active listening skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Creative problem-solving and a passion for pedagogy: You'll be designing innovative learning solutions that cater to different user profiles and keep our community engaged. This means thinking outside the box, embracing challenges with a positive attitude, and staying curious about new technologies and pedagogical approaches.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative spirit: You'll be working in a dynamic environment with multiple projects. This requires a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working experience on Palantir Foundry (Pipelines, Code authoring, Pyspark...) is a plus
Working experience with Scrum, SAFe or Kanban projects.
Working experience in elaborating learning content is a plus
Working experience on AWS EMR (Processing) , AWS MSK (Data Transfer) et AWS ATHENA (Querying) capabilities is a plus
Advanced level of English
