Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scheduler role based in Safran Saint Crépin Ibouvillers. The Scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely manufacture and client delivery of key milestones. Daily tasks include monitoring project timelines, communicating with various teams to address potential delays, preparing reports, and updating schedules to ensure resources are allocated efficiently. The Scheduler will also support project managers by identifying risks and proposing solutions to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and software (ERP M3)
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in aviation, defense, or technical fields is advantageous
