Senior Executive, Passenger Services
Reports To
Senior Manager Passenger Services
Role Purpose
Support Passenger Services to execute Talent, Climate and Culture initiatives and track status progress. Perform role as liaison, coordinator and administrator for Passenger Services and stakeholders.
Key Accountability
- Provide admin support in matters related to Organization Design, e.g. structure change and manpower control.
- Coordinate Passenger Services vendor management paper and ensure all contract are valid and up to date.
- Perform analysis for manpower statistics and cost. Track progress status of Passenger Services initiatives.
- Ensure departmental project are on track and fully implemented on a timely manner
- Ensure departmental administrative matters are managed according to Corporate Policy and Procedures.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in any field of study or its equivalent from recognised institutions with 02 years experience in related field
- Diploma in any field of study or its equivalent from recognised institutions with 04 years experience in related field
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in both communicating and writing in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Customer oriented and time management skills
- Well verse in Handbook and Policy
