Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises over 300 light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft. Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for experienced Maintenance Planners for our station in Munich. This is a Monday to Friday position that is permanent.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling slot availability for the aircraft for planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Opening and closing work orders for the maintenance team via Corridor
- Opening and generating task cards, including approved data references from various sources (AMM, SRM, REO, SB)
- Briefing and meetings with clients when necessary including providing service updates.
- Communication with TC holders, MROs and vendors
- Preordering services and materials for the aircraft
- Manhour control (booked vs quoted)
- Creating a CRS and work report
- Quality check of work orders and task cards
- Creation of reports for the maintenance departments
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Completed technical vocational training or planning experience within a Part 145 organisation.
- Understanding of EASA regulations and requirements
- Very Good written and spoken English knowledge, basic German desirable.
- Holding a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass airside clearance and obtain a ZUP within Germany
- The rights to work within the EU/Germany
- Willingness to work weekend duties if required
