Johnson Service Group is seeking to fill an Administrative Support position for our client that is in a fast paced manufacturing environment for a contract to hire opportunity. This position is located in Las Vegas, NV.
This is an on-site position from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and will pay from $30 - $35 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars for site leadership
- Coordinate internal meetings, cross-functional schedules, and site-wide events
- Ensure site directors are prepared, organized, and on track with commitments
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all scheduling and communications
Note: This role does not handle personal scheduling for individuals
Visitor & Event Coordination
- Organize and support customer visits and client guest engagements
- Plan and execute internal site events and meetings
- Coordinate logistics including rooms, materials, and hospitality
- Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for visitors
Site Operations Support
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events
- Provide oversight and coordination related to:
Break room functionality and supplies
- Cleaning service alignment (dotted-line coordination)
- Ensure site environments are professional, functional, and visitor-ready
Administrative Excellence
- Track action items and follow-ups to keep leadership aligned and accountable
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
- Maintain clear communication across teams and functions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative, executive support, or site coordination role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong calendar management experience in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable track record of consistency, follow-through, and accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable presence
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

- Experience supporting leadership in a operational setting

Work Environment
- Primarily onsite role with some flexibility for occasional remote work as needed
- Standard day shift, with occasional after-hours support for high-priority needs
