About The Role
The Manager, Induction plays a critical role in the Transportation and Warehousing industry by overseeing the comprehensive onboarding and induction process for new employees. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee onboarding, training, or human resources within the Transportation and Warehousing industry.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations relevant to transportation and warehousing operations.
- Proven experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Training and Development or Human Resources (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content development.
- Familiarity with transportation logistics software and warehouse management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze training effectiveness using data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve induction and onboarding programs tailored to the Transportation and Warehousing sector.
- Coordinate with HR, safety officers, and department heads to ensure all induction content is current, compliant, and relevant.
- Manage scheduling and delivery of induction sessions, including safety training, company policies, and job-specific orientations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of induction programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for conducting induction activities, ensuring consistency and quality in delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of induction completion and compliance with regulatory standards.
