We believe you bring:
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships across leadership levels and functions.
• A strong participant in projects benefitting the team, the business, and the people agenda.
• At least 5 years of relevant post-education experience whereof part of it is preferably as a HR Consultant or Partner.
• Broad P&C generalist experience, including proven track record of building and maintaining strong union relationships.
• Has collaborated with leaders on many levels and from different functions on a wide range of employee related matters.
• Relevant education and an appetite to continue learning.
• You thrive in a high-pace environment, work effectively, and achieve results in a cross-functional operating model.
• Fluency in Danish and English both verbally and written.
In addition, we expect you to have a natural skill in prioritizing, to be solution oriented in your approach and an independent thinker with a positive can-do attitude to any challenge coming along.
