Responsibilities:
Facilitate performance testing, calibration, environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans
Provide support to identify root cause for failures of hardware during development test cycles
Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits
Review and processing of large data sets to identify nonconformances
Qualifications:
Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment
Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs
Flexibility to support weekend shifts or non-standard hours may be required based on program needs
