Leadership & Operating Model Transformation
- Lead enterprise‑wide continuous improvement initiatives across Revenue Management, focusing on speed to insight, execution consistency, and scalable impact
- Redesign end‑to‑end RM workflows to reduce manual effort, eliminate waste, and elevate analytical and commercial judgment
- Establish repeatable CI frameworks, governance, and success metrics to ensure improvements are sustained and institutionalized
Innovation, AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
- Own the innovation roadmap for Revenue Management processes, tools, and operating models
- Drive the development and deployment of GenAI, agentic AI, ML, and automation‑powered solutions that transform RM workflows
- Partner with Revenue Engineering and IT to translate business needs into technical design, development plans, and production‑ready solutions
- Sponsor pilots and proofs‑of‑concept, define clear success criteria, oversee execution, and scale successful capabilities across the organization
Cross‑Functional & Executive Partnership
- Work closely with Pricing, Yield Management, Finance, Commercial, and Technology teams to deliver cross‑functional solutions requiring alignment across data, systems, and processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Revenue and Commercial leaders on process design, capability building, and innovation strategy
- Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
Vendor & External Partnership Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and technology partners to accelerate CI and innovation outcomes
- Ensure vendor solutions are outcome‑driven, scalable, cost‑effective, and integrated into core RM workflows
- Own accountability for value realization, governance, and long‑term sustainability of externally delivered solutions
People Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing Continuous Improvement & Innovation team
- Set clear expectations, coach leaders, and create strong development pathways aligned to evolving analytical and AI skill needs
- Champion a culture of curiosity, experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning
