What You Will Do *
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer support, accurate commercial processing, and timely coordination across internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scopes, and pricing guidelines
- Performing detailed invoice checks to ensure billing accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with agreed pricing structures
- Managing customer inquiries related to pricing, service status, lead times, and scope clarification
- Coordinating with engineering, planning, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely quotation and invoicing processes
- Monitoring work orders and ensuring correct cost capture and commercial setup in internal systems
- Supporting resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer claims
- Maintaining accurate customer, quotation, and transactional records in relevant systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in invoicing efficiency, quotation turnaround time, and customer responsiveness
- Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the organization from time to time

Qualifications You Must Have *
- Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent working experience in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
- Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing activities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or similar technical service industries
- Prior exposure to customer service, quotation management, or billing/invoicing processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
- Understanding of technical repair terminology or industrial service environments
- Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
- Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
