What We Offer
- € 10,547 Gross per annum, pro rata’d + additional supervisor monthly payment + additional pay for transport, early shifts, weekends & bank holidays
- This is a 20-hour (part-time) permanent contract – Our current program operates twice a week on a Monday and Friday afternoon.

What We’re Currently Looking For
- Proven Customer Service experience, ideally in an operations environment or similar
- Confident with IT systems & programmes
- Fluent in Spanish & intermediate English
- Full right to work in Spain
- Currently based in La Palma
What You Will Do In The Role
- Create Memories - Ensuring our third-party provider delivers an outstanding Customer Service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values.
- Be Present - Supervising our third-party handler in providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers, offering helpful advice and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport
- Take Responsibility - Ensuring Jet2.com’s policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out by our third-party provider. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
- Work as One Team - Working in partnership with our third-party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best customer experience during disruption and unforeseen circumstances
