We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) to join one of our clients and take overall responsibility for the planning, management, and continuous development of all training activities for our flight and cabin crew personnel.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all training and development activities for flight and cabin crew personnel.
Ensure regulatory compliance and qualification standards in accordance with applicable aviation regulations.
Manage and supervise training programs including:
Initial Training.
Recurrent Training.
Upgrade Training.
CRM Training.
Line Training.
Coordinate and supervise instructors and examiners.
Work closely with Flight Operations, Safety & Compliance departments, and aviation authorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s training system and operational safety standards.
Support the safe and efficient execution of flight operations.
Requirements
Extensive professional experience and strong understanding of flight safety standards and safe operational procedures.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in flight and cabin crew training.
Excellent knowledge of Regulation (EU) No.1178/2011 and related aviation requirements.
Valid ATPL with PIC type rating on company-operated aircraft type (A320).
Compliance with age requirements according to FCL.065 of Regulation (EU) No.1178/2011.
Valid TRI qualification on the company’s primary operated aircraft type (A320).
Valid TRE authorization on the primary operated aircraft type (A320).
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
High level of motivation and loyalty towards the company.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
