Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share across retail and corporate travel verticals within the airline industry. Requires strong expertise in corporate travel management, travel agency sales, and a proven track record of successful sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Maintain client relationships by providing support, insights, and recommendations for profitability and service improvements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients and travel agents to promote airline products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (revenue management, group desk, sales support) to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in corporate and retail sales.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen market presence.
- Travel extensively within city and outstation for client engagement and business development activities.
- Achieve revenue targets as defined by the reporting manager.
- Ensure high passenger load factors from designated stations.
- Negotiate and close group booking queries from customers.
- Operate effectively in a virtual and independent work environment.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Align activities with organizational goals and sales strategy.

Education & Qualifications
Primary / Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with relevant airline/travel industry experience
