- Mechanical assembler with a high level of competency using hand tools for the installation and assembly of components
- Insert (helicoil, pin, PEM, rivets) experience
- Blueprint reading experience

THE WORK
RMS Owego MTA is seeking an assembler to support our production manufacturing facility whose mission is to fabricate machined components and assemblies needed for the success of our armed forces both at home and abroad. The Owego MTA is instrumental in the production of various components utilized on helicopters, radar systems, and electronic warfare systems that are vital to the success of our service men and women.
An assembler at RMS Owego MTA will be responsible for the installation of mechanical hardware to include helicoils, dowel pins, spring pins, keenserts, PEM fasteners, rivnuts, and rivets. Work will be performed on individual machined parts, sheet metal components, and on assembled structures.
