• 3 years of experience in inflight operations, aviation, customer service, crew scheduling, or related operational fields.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting flight attendants or working within an airline’s inflight or operations department.
• Prior project management, training, or team‑lead experience.
• Familiarity with airline operational systems, crew management platforms, and real‑time operational recovery processes.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and operational functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing operational demands.
• Project coordination or project management skills (PMP certification a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7/365 operations.
