About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Charter Flights Analyst to support the administrative and operational coordination of domestic and international charter flights. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution, accurate financial follow-up, and excellent service delivery in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational follow-up for charter flight operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Airports, and Billing.
- Monitor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and prepayments related to charter operations.
- Prepare operational, financial, and commercial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative process optimization.
- Follow up on contracts, documentation, and client requirements.
- Maintain operational databases, trackers, and controls.
- Support logistics coordination for special flights and operational requests.
- Identify administrative risks and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist with audits and documentation reviews.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations, logistics, finance, or related areas.
- Experience working in aviation, tourism, logistics, or transportation industries is a plus.
