Summary
The Supplier Field Specialist leads the resolution of critical supplier delivery disruptions that impact production and customer commitments. This role is accountable for re-defining, executing, and closing supplier recovery plans, ensuring alignment between supplier capacity, demand, and production needs.
Acting as the primary interface between suppliers and internal operations, the role requires strong field presence, hands-on validation of supplier progress, and continuous adjustment of recovery plans through Line of Balance (LOB) management until supply stability is restored.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management
- Experience as a Buyer or Supply Chain Planner strongly preferred
- Experience managing supplier delivery crises or recovery scenarios is highly desirable
- Aerospace & Defense or complex manufacturing environment preferred.
