Basic Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with scripting (eg: bash/shell/python) for process automation
- Experience with Unit Testing or Integration Testing to verify code quality and requirements
Job Description
You will be the Engineering Aide for the Sensor Fusion team which is responsible for supporting engineering initiatives and ensuring data integrity.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for providing technical support to engineers and management on a variety of tasks, ensuring data integrity and producing clear engineering documentation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Gathering, maintaining, formatting, and compilation of technical data, including test results and design changes.
- Producing engineering documentation such as reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.
- Developing analyses, documentation, and reports.
- Conducting tests, recording data, and assisting with engineering evaluations as needed.
- Providing engineering support tasks such as expensing, data transfer agent, developing status reports for management, scrum master roles, and project management

Desired Skills
- Strong vocal/written skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the AGILE process, experience with KANBAN or product management
- Experience with modern C++ and embedded software development
- Experience with GITLAB CI, Jenkins, or Azure and/or the management of infrastructure (Ansible)
- Real Time Operating System (RTOS) experience – (Windows & Linux)
