Role overview: The Pehta Coordinator will support implementation of the Pehta reporting solution, acting as the main coordination point between our client, the vendor, and project stakeholders. This role focuses on coordinating activities, aligning stakeholders, and supporting contractor onboarding to ensure reporting requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, or similar role
- Experience working with vendors or system implementations
- Experience in large capital projects (construction, energy, infrastructure)
- Experience with Power Apps
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Nice To Haves:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or contractor-facing roles
- Exposure to reporting systems or project controls
- Experience with Pehta
- Experience with Indigenous Relations Training
