Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paro District, Bhutan. The role involves performing day-to-day responsibilities in alignment with TUI’s commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences. This includes collaborating with team members, supporting customer service initiatives, coordinating operational activities, and contributing to the smooth delivery of services across designated areas. Working in this role requires a proactive approach, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills to address both planned and unforeseen business needs.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to address customer needs and provide an exceptional travel experience.
- Operational and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in coordinating schedules, managing time effectively, and ensuring logistical success.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and remain flexible, addressing unexpected challenges with creative solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and systems relevant to travel management and operations.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cohesively in a team or lead initiatives when required.
- Knowledge of the Travel Industry: Understanding of tourism trends, customer expectations, and sustainable practices. Local knowledge of Bhutan is a plus.
- Education and Experience: Previous experience in a relevant field or a degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Dzongkha is highly desirable, with additional language skills being a bonus.
