Job Description:
We are looking for a HO Standardisation Sevenair to join our GBS team.
The Head of Stand is a local Airbus representative, as such, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the contract with the local school. Must detect and report any deviations from the contracts (both with the school and with customers) as well as with local civil authority regulations. Will be required to propose a corrective action plan for each detected deviation and oversee its implementation.
Responsibilities - your mission
Support the AIRBUS Standardization and maintain the Core Team Standardization at the local Flight Academy: (40%)
Current Standardisation dedicated to instructors of the local Core team. (Except standardisation needed to be done in flight);
Apply Airbus specific processes to the theoretical parts linked to A60.4 for Group of Competences (AT; AG; AC; AV; AI; AM; AU)
Accompany the standardizer process (ST, SE, SSE)
Maintain competencies of the local core team
Screening and qualification upgrade for the local core team
May be sent to other AFAs for occasional support to assist with standardization.
Will participate in the creation and/or review of Airbus documents concerning the AFA network.
Participate to the Cadets’ training and screening at the local Flight School: (20%)
Training : 10% of production ( Cadet training, could be done on ground, or done under AFRS contract)
Screening : 10 % of production
- Around 7 days/batch (1 day preparation + 5 days for screening + 1 day CRB).
- 3 batches max per year, to accompany new local screeners; so equal to 21 days.
Follow up the Cadets and instructors file and process at the local Flight School: 20 %
Cadet code (creation and follow-up)
Planning monitoring for instructor and cadets (schedule short and medium term)
Monitor the registration of cadets theoretical exam and register practical exam (DGAC and/or
ANAC)
Follow instructor and cadet rate
License administrative work
Ensure the communication between the School and Airbus : 20%
Participate to AFA weekly (1 meeting /week)
Participate to monthly Steering Committee (monthly)
Reporting to the AIB Central in TLS (1meeting/week) and formal writing
report
Plan the CRBs and write the reports
Dispatch the AIB directives (1meeting/week)
Participate in the technical and operations meetings 1 meeting/week)
Participate in team training, and other events organised by the central functions in Toulouse Prerequisite requested.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
3 years experience prior to his appointment, as instructor and post holder in school delivering professional pilot licence and associated ratings.
Experience in the management of civil qualifications and exam registrations
Comprehensive knowledge of civil standardization procedures (EASA)
Proficiency in English language
Experience on pedagogy (Quality control and monitoring, Experience in standardization process and training)
Organization competencies ( Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently, Ability to
Support the schedule, Ability to support the EASA license request via DGAC or ANAC)
Has human qualities (Facilitate school organisation, Strong interpersonal skills, ability to integrate into the team and speak up)
Must live near Ponte de Sor airport. There will be no adjustments to schedules or rosters.
Highly desirable :
Proficiency in Portuguese language
Knowledge of Portugal and the associated culture
Course development experience (CBTA)
Training or diploma in Audit
Training or diploma in safety (Being a driving force in safety, monitoring and anticipating events (predictive approach), Finding appropriate measures and knowing how to analyse events)
