THE TEAM
This role sits at the heart of one of easyJet’s most high-profile strategic priorities:
the launch of our new loyalty scheme in 2027. You’ll work across commercial, digital, technology and operational teams, shaping how change lands across the organisation and how millions of customers experience easyJet in the future.
You’ll join easyJet’s Business Change team, partnering with senior leaders and transformation programmes to ensure our most significant initiatives are successfully embedded and deliver measurable value.
THE ROLE
As Senior Business Change Manager, you’ll be the change lead for easyJet’s new loyalty scheme, accountable for driving transformational change across operating models, technology, processes and commercial propositions.
This is a senior, visible role requiring someone who can genuinely take ownership, influence at the highest levels and lead complex change at scale. You’ll shape the change strategy, mobilise teams, coach leaders and ensure the loyalty proposition is successfully embedded across the business, from design through to launch and beyond.
You’ll also lead and develop a team of Business Change Managers and Specialists, building capability and ensuring change delivery is consistent, high quality and outcome focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the end-to-end change strategy for easyJet’s new loyalty scheme launching in 2027
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive alignment across commercial, technology and operational agendas
- Leading transformational change across operating models, ways of working, processes and customer propositions
- Building and communicating a compelling change story that connects strategy to day-to-day impact
- Understanding and managing the organisational change impact landscape, including prioritisation, sequencing and people risk
- Ensuring change activity is appropriately resourced and fully integrated into programme and business plans
- Coaching and advising sponsors and leaders to strengthen visible and effective change leadership
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing Business Change team
- Tracking adoption, engagement and benefits realisation to ensure change sticks
- Bringing external best practice and fresh thinking into how easyJet delivers change
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes in customer-facing or commercial environments
- A proven track record of taking full ownership and driving change across multiple business domains
- Strong people leadership experience, including leading and developing senior change professionals
- Confidence working across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery models
- The credibility and resilience to challenge senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on value, outcomes and benefits realisation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to influence at all levels
- A recognised change management qualification such as Prosci or APMG, or equivalent experience
- A bold, proactive mindset with the energy and determination to make change land at scale

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
