Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in corporate training or adult education or relevant experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Airport Customer Care, Customer, Operations or Cargo knowledge and hands on experience
• Previous experience managing and directing teams
• Certified in professional facilitation through a recognized credential (e.g., IAF CPF or INIFAC Certified Facilitator), demonstrating expertise in leading effective training sessions and group learning experiences.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive results and solve problems independently
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and develop others in a fast-paced training environment
