EASA B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer (A320 Family)

Resource Group is supporting a leading aviation operator in the recruitment of several permanent EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join their engineering team in Hamburg.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers with Airbus A320 Family experience to join a dynamic operation supporting both line and base maintenance activities. We are particularly interested in candidates with a B2 background who also hold a B1 licence, although applications from qualified B1 or B2 engineers will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
Carry out line and base maintenance tasks in accordance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
Certify maintenance work within licence privileges.
Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Support operational requirements, including short-notice deployments when required.
Potentially undertake Shift Supervisor responsibilities depending on experience and operational needs.
Support aircraft recovery and Flying Engineer activities when required.
Requirements:
EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licence.
Airbus A320 Family Type Rating.
Active recency on A320 aircraft.
Previous experience in both line and base maintenance environments.
Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and maintenance procedures.
Excellent English communication skills.
German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
Valid right to live and work within Europe.
Ideal Candidate:
B2 trade engineer holding a B1 licence.
Flexible and adaptable approach to operational requirements.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to travel at short notice when operationally required.
