About the role:
AP Payment Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring tasks coordination and oversees the payment process end to end according to Parker standards and procedures, leading team of people, development and motivation aspect.
What are your responsibilities?
- Reporting KPIs to center management and internal client
- Monitoring daily activities
- Supervising bank account reconciliations
- Supporting cash management by ensuring effective control of cash outflows and prioritization of payments
- Collaborate with Treasury and Accounting departments
- Managing administrative processes in adherence to SLA
- Monitoring and enhancing team and individual performance
- Providing high quality internal customer service
- Demonstrating experience in delivering strong performance against challenging targets
- Leading upcoming projects related to payments and banking tools.
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Higher education, preferably in Accounting/Finance (payment process and bank reconciliations)
- 2-3 years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills, empathy and sensitivity toward people issues
- Good knowledge of English (Min.B2)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proactive approach to process improvements
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Good understand of controls and compliance
