IT Project Manager, affiliated with the downtown Chattanooga office.
- TargetW2 Pay Rate: Up to $90.00/hour (time and a half for overtime)

Responsibilities:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERALL PLANNING, DIRECTION, MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION, IMPLEMENTATION, EXECUTION, CONTROL, AND COMPLETION OF SPECIFIC PROJECTS ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS.
- LEADS JOINT PROJECT TEAMS.
- MANAGE AND CONTROL PROJECT SCHEDULE, COST AND PERFORMANCE RISK TO ENSURE PROJECT IS COMPLETED WITHIN A CERTAIN SET OF RESTRAINTS (TIME, BUDGET, PEOPLE, QUALITY, MATERIALS).
- THIS ROLE SERVES AS THE SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT AND IS GENERALLY ASSIGNED MEDIUM SIZE PROJECTS, OR FUNCTIONS WITHIN A LARGER PROJECT.
- CAPABILITY TO MANAGE PROJECT BUDGET OVER $25 MILLION, OR A PORTFOLIO OF PROJECTS THAT HAVE AN AGGREGATE TOTAL OVER $75 MILLION FOR ALL ACTIVE PROJECTS ASSIGNED.
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5 - 10 years of utility project manager experience preferred (equivalent experience with increasing levels of position responsibility in leading project teams is appropriate).
- Requires knowledge of project management techniques, experience to resolve complex problems, and practical experience in project scoping and cost estimating.
- Requires ability to analyze in-depth technical problems and determine the most cost-effective solution.
- Experience with large scale project execution.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management principles and functionality.
- Project Management Professional (PMI/PMP) certification is preferred.
