You are an experienced engineering professional with strong expertise in supportability, obsolescence, and lifecycle management. You bring a proactive, analytical mindset and confidently lead complex technical investigations and decisions. You collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders with sound engineering judgement. You are comfortable working across systems, tools, and disciplines, continuously improving processes and outcomes. You take ownership, mentor others, and thrive in environments where your work directly supports operational capability and long-term asset performance.

Key Required Qualifications
- Technical vocational qualification in engineering discipline
- Membership of a relevant technical body, preferably with certification, with a desire for Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- ~8 years relevant engineering/supportability experience
- ~2 years technical leadership or delivery management experience
- Eligibility for NZ Defence Security Clearance (DSC)
