Johnson Service Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer. The selected candidate will support the Flight Test Instrumentation team working the F-35 lines of business. The candidate will be required to perform mechanical and harness routing design activities for the installation of flight test equipment and data system components. The candidate will be responsible for releasing engineering drawings, work instructions, supporting airworthiness documentation, monitoring fabrication activities, and supporting aircraft modification.
Required Skills
Active Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or related discipline
3-5 years of CATIA V5 experience
3-5 years of 2D/3D mechanical design experience in an aerospace environment
Previous experience with instrumentation (flight or ground) preferred
Previous experience with the F-35 program-specific tools and processes
